Is Sugar IMPORTANT to our Brain ?

Go get yourself something sweet but not carbs to eat before class!

This is what I got in mind after reading the article of Chris Kresser (III) about  Dr.Perlmutter's new book, Grain Brain. Inside the book, he notice that we ate a lot of carbs those day until our brain having  a hard time to catch up the news cause it lack of the correct fuel that work our brain right to absorb new information.

Another Article that written by Adam Dachis (I) that analysis is that i sugar there contain a source of vitamin or Nutrient that call  Glucose. The glucose gave our brain some kind of "Boost" that make us reflections on some topic or task in a more effective way. This is why as a student, we should ate something that can produce enough glucose to our brain before we attend the class so that we could learn 100% from the lecturer in the class.

Beside of the 2 main article that I read, there are also an article that list down all the nutrient that our brain needed to be fully operates in our daily life's
